Call to connect

In our continued commitment to amplifying voices from marginalized communities, the LGBTQ Humanist Alliance and the American Humanist Association are organizing the inaugural LGBTQ+ and Humanist/Nontheistic conference. This first of its kind (and yet to be named) day-long conference will provide a necessary space for 100+ LGBTQ and secular/humanist activists, students, organizers, and movement leaders from around the country. Though specific speakers and topics have yet to be determined, we plan on providing an inclusive and intersectional program that enables LGBTQ members of the secular/humanist community to come together, learn from each other, connect on issues, and collaborate on actions.

The conference will intentionally center the voices of LGBTQ+ People of Color. Straight and white allies and accomplices are welcome to join us as listeners and learners.
